HTC-Columbia in the winning mood
HTC-Columbia's Matthew Goss has blasted to victory in the 2010 Giro d'Italia on Monday, outpowering the rest of the field in a bunch sprint in the town of Cava de Terreni.

At the end of the 187 kilometre stage, Goss stormed across the line two bike lengths clear of Filippo Pozzato (Katusha) of Italy. USA rider Tyer Farrar (Garmin-Transitions) was third. Much of the stage was held in torrential rain making for difficult racing. Goss's first victory for HTC-Columbia comes just hours after Mark Cavendish took the opening stage win in the Tour of California.

Matthew Goss is using the SHIMANO DURA-ACE Di2 electronic shifting system, adding another impressive victory for this revolutionary technology. He is also using a PRO VIBE 7S handlebar and stem.

Mark Cavendish is riding the SHIMANO DURA-ACE 7900 series and of course his “own” PRO Mark Cavendish Star Series handlebar and stem.
