IRVINE, Calif (Apr 16, 2010) – In tandem with the international debut of the new Shimano Dyna-Sys drivetrain system at the 2010 Sea Otter Classic, Shimano has launched a website detailing the features of the new system.
Inherently Efficient, Remarkably Stable, and Shimano Engineered
The site uses video and flash animation providing unique insight into the benefits of the next generation of Shimano systems engineering drivetrain technology. Go to www.dynasystech.com to check it out or click on the Dyna-Sys logo on the Shimano homepage at bike.shimano.com.
Dyna-Sys is featured in the Deore XT and SLX groups with a new 10 speed right hand shifter, Hollowtech II crankset with new chainrings, 10 speed cogset with a 36 tooth low gear, front and rear derailleurs optimized for the new gearing, and an HG-X asymmetric chain with specific profiling for front outward and rear inward shifts. New components will start showing up on bikes summer 2010.
